Need download link for HX3 remote application (Win)

Hi - could someone point me to this app? The Wiki says that the file name is HX3_remote.exe , but I cannot find it
(eg in Flash_ExpanderPlexi_mk3_4.zip). Perhaps the name has changed?

I need it to edit a refurbished HX3 Mrk 3/4 Organ Module (purchased this month -Jan 2019, so presumably updated as far as it can go.)

Like computers, I'm very literal, so a link pointing to a folder containing the file (and the file name) would be most appreciated.
