Hi Carsten,
I have some problems with the ordering procedure. How can I order the box with the standard HX3 board + FatarScan2 ?
Do you confirm that the following list is correct ?

1) HX3 Board with all licences (429 Euro)
2) FatarScan 2 (59 Euro)
3) Menu panel (83 Euro)
4) Power supply (9.90 Euro)
5) Box and back panel with midi in/out, audio and accessory jacks and DC in ?

Can you send me the price of the last item ?
When these items will be available for delivery ?
How can I order ? I do not find item 5) in your new web site.

Sorry, that you get no answer by Carsten or Freddy, sometimes they are offline. The modul HX3 got even the midi in/out,and all nesessary Jacks. You need even a kind of Drawbars and the Fatar keyboards. Some of the peripheric Things you can get by Gerrit Kuhlenthal http://shop.bas-systems.de/
Specials like 6 Positions switch for Chorus/Vibrato are not evalible, but you find solutions in this forum, if you read the threads. most ist in german, sorry, but ask if you dont understand . may be, your english is better than my italian, Axel

and, best would be, if you exacly describe, what you like to do:
to built an organ
1 or2 Keyboards
rebuilt an existing Organ or
use it by midi with a Masterkeyboard or similar

Many Thanks to Axel and Freddy for their kind answer. I will contact Toni La Camera next week.
Some more details:
1) I am building an organ-synth with two Fatar TP80 keyboards. For the synth section I will use a PC + RME audio system + VST instruments.
2) The instrument includes three Behringer BCF2000 for the control of VST instruments and organ motorized drawbars (9+9+2). I have choosen motorized drawbars to load the physical configuration when I change patch.
3) I would like to complete the instrument, totally self-made, by the HX3 section.
The question now is: how to configure the HX3 section ? I have decided to minimize key latency by using a FatarScan 2, much faster. This requires to use the basic HX3 board and not the one included in the midi expander module. This board is completely compatible with the front and back panels and equivalent as regards any other function. This at least the information kindly provided by Carsten.
So I do not need drawbars or other control modules since every function will be controlled by midi through BCF2000 panels.
The only parts needed to complete the expander are the box and the back panel. I have not found them in the device list. So I do not know what and how to order.
Any suggestion is much appreciated.

First You must regard two different things:
1) HX 3 buildt as stand alone organ - however totally buildt up Yourself or buildt up using older organ equipment
and
2) HX 3 Expander Module driven only by MIDI commands

Things how to do and what´s possible to realize via MIDI You can read in our HOAX wiki :

Please read this explantions in Hoax Wiki carefully
Nothing else as declared there will be realizable
A combined version of 1) and 2) will occur some problems specially in driving by VST Software in PC
The HX 3 is NO VST INSTRUMENT !! its hardware controlled itself by direct connected drawbars and switches

But there is perhaps another way to realize Your idea.
Every switch can be replaced by relais components.
Its Your turn how to drive those relais from Your PC program.
As I know there it gives several MiDI equipment "MIDI to RELAIS Switch" ( avalable at DOEPFER )
For the rotary vibrato switch You also can use 6 relais for the 6 positions
maybe that´s a way to realize Your problem

Things like motor controlled drawbars may only run when You use stereo pots in each drawbar.
One fader pot ( of the two buildt in a motor fader) used and connected direct to HX3. the other fader pot is free for Your PC System if required for correct positioning The resistance value of HX3 drawbars potis can be between 5 Kohm and 47 kOhm - a good deal will be 10 kOhm LINEAR ) Never use those with LOG curve.

So in fact Your system will only need the normal HX3 board , FATAR scan and the preset 24 board

... and if wanted the LESLIE Interface

The preset 24 board You chose via jumper as defined "with real switch" so You also can drive this via RELAIS ( a relais is a switch )
So finally I think Your System is realizable and there is no need to use the HX 3 Expander Module

The key word of Your system is " MIDI to switch "

Hi,
I apologize, but I must decide if this system is OK for me I understand that the midi expander module is controlled by midi only. Suppose that you use VB3 VST to control the module as described in https://github.com/heise/HOAX/tree/master/DOCS_PDF.
I suppose (but I am not sure) that drawbars and other parameters are controlled by midi CC. Correct ? Otherwise, sound could be changed only by menu panel and this would not be practical at all. If you confirm this, then the use of the basic HX3 board + menu panel will provide the same functionality (midi expander mode) with the only addition of FatarScan2 connectors.
