Audio Outputs Question

When the 'Speaker' is bypassed in the editor do the left and right outputs send the same signal in terms of the sound quality i.e. do I need both signals when not using the internal Leslie? Is something lost in tone quality by only using one output?

I ask because I'm routing the HX3 sound through the Amplitube Leslie plug-in and a single output is automatically routed to both the right and left input in Amplitube. If I route both outputs to the plug-in are there not phasing issues?

Maybe someone else is using Amplitube Leslie with their HX3 and can give their experience?
