In any case You first had to regard the polarity of the DC Voltage in jack

The needed current is 600mA ( = 0,6 A ) , so why using such a big
a power supply with 1,5 A ????

using other parts as delivered is Your own risk

on the back panel of the unit above the power inlet it is mentioned the voltage from 9 to 12...I have the original one, but in case of any I would like to have a spare one. I have one with 12 volt and 1,5A, that is why I asked if it is usable or not for the HX 3.5
