The preamp mainboard VV 2 has two plugged in VV 1 or VV 3 boards.
Mainboard is only the switching section and the VV 2 or Vv 3 the real preamp boards
Normal only one preamp board has the driver and return of reverb coil or digital reverb.
Between the two preamp board there are two cable connection at pins RA and RE.
These cables mixe the two channel signals R and L to the reverb driver input and
send the reverb signal to the both channels .
If You want to separate the channels for a Alesis Reverb just disconnect the cables
located at pins RA and RE. The second Preamp VV 1 or VV 3 must be modified with the
driver IC 1 and C1 and R 1 , R 4 so that at pin F1 of this preamp You have the signal for
second channel for the Alesis reverb.
The VV 1 or VV 3 preamp with buildt in complete Reverb parts in old configuration You also
must modifiy a little. Disconnect two condenser C 14 and C 5 on this preamp and solder a wire
from Pin F 2 direct to Pin RA of this preamp.
Finally You have now two identy preamps and the plug F 1 is on bothe preamps the Output
for a Alesis reverb . The plug F 2 is the new Input for the reverb signal from Alesis.
Please regard the shield of conneting cable. Ground only at F1 connection never the return
from Alesis caused hum.
