Template for M-Audio Code61 and HX3 4.25

I have downloaded the Code 61 templates from:

and have loaded the template for the HX3 MIDI Expander into the Code61 Editor with "Load Preset" and have transfered it to the Code61 with "Send Preset". The Code61 keyboard shows "HX3-B3" and everything on the MIDI-controller seems good. The problem is that using the faders and knobs on the M-Audio Code61 does not effect the HX3 at all.

In the manual from Keyboardpartner for using the Code61 template, it says "Set the HX3 MIDI Expander to MIDI CC Set 'HX3.5/KBP". In the HX3 4.25 there is no template with that name, only "NI B4 d3c", "Voce Drawbar", "KeyB/duo", "Hamichord", "Hammond XK", "Hammond SK" and "Custom CC".

Does anyone know if there is a template for the HX3 4.25 as well?
