unable to update to 4.25 from 3.92

I have been trying for days to update via the recent flash updater to 4.25 from 3.92.
Everytime I try to open the flash utility, I get an error regarding a space in the name of the folder?
So I try the HX3 firmware update using HX remote and when I hit update, it finds firmware 999 on my HX-3 expander plexi and cannot complete. My license get wiped out as well. Very troubling. I'm using the mk3_4 expander flash updater and the HX3 425 firmware update via HX remote.
