To uninstall HX3 remote
Hello. I installed hx3 remote and I had to do a bad manipulation. I renaming them " stage b" and exporting them. I do not find them anywhere in the folder and since the program opens, it tells me "##### Error: Missing file Stage B CC.csv" and the midi custom does not work properly. So I would like to uninstall hx3 remote and its preferences and reinstall this one cleanly. But I do not understand how it is done to uninstall it. Can you help me?

Re: To uninstall HX3 remote
hi
There is no "uninstall tool" exsisting
The whole program is in a container
To uninstall HX 3 remote delete this container please.
Then install HX 3 remote new.
It is not allowed ro rename any file of program

Re: To uninstall HX3 remote
thank you for your advice. In fact I have already deleted the folder and reinstalled but the message still appears, as if there was a folder preferences that did not erase

Re: To uninstall HX3 remote
To get the editor to see your exported file try renaming it
hx3_midi_cc_defaults stage b
I found that the programme expects to see the first part (e.g. hx3_organ_defaults) then you can add anything you choose to follow it. I rename all my exported data this way and it works ok. I didn't try it with CC data as I use an XK3 as the controller and midi CC data for that can't be saved, but it should follow the same principle.
